Petition Against Scottish Rigged Referendum, Why Don't We Sign for Re-elections in Pakistan?

Scotland united with England to form the Kingdom of Great Britain in 1707. Since 1969, Scotland has been put to many referendums to devolve Scottish Parliament. But every time it failed to achieve success as for a change, 40% "Yes" of total electorate was needed. Again the Scottish government announced on 21 March 2013 that the referendum would be held on 18 September 2014, but this time to get independence from the United Kingdom.
The question which voters were asked was "Should Scotland be an independent country?" in which 55.3% ballet papers were stamped on "No". Total 3,623,344 votes were cast & the voters turnout remained 84.59%, claimed to be the largest turnout in the history of Scotland referendum. So Prime Minister David Cameron's heart got saved to be broken by seeing no knots of Scotland got opened that were kept tied with UK for last 300 years. But no sooner was the verdict declared than signing of a petition to the Alex Salmond, Office of the First Minister, St. Andrew's House against this referendum reforms by calling it totally partial & Pre/post-rigged.
An online petition that has reached 70,000 till now states:
"Countless evidences of fraud during the recent Scottish Referendum have come to light, including two counts of votes being moved in bulk into a No pile, Yes votes clearly being seen in no piles and strange occurences [sic] with dual fire alarms and clear cut fraud in Glasgow. We demand a re-vote be taken of said referendum, where each vote shall be counted by two individuals, one of whom should be an international impartial party without a stake in the vote."
Many pictures & videos exposing this rigged referendum are dispersed on internet. Social media is toiling at giving evidences of miscounts in votes.

On the contrary it is claimed that Russia is involved in social conspiracy against the verdict of Scottish referendum, while Canada, Ceubec, Norway, US, Catalonia, Spain & NATO welcomed the result.
But the Glasgow City Council confirmed that there were ten cases of suspected electoral fraud occurring at polling stations following the Scottish referendum vote on the 18th.
Meanwhile, have a glance on what a newscaster of Geo Channel tweets about this referendum accosting Imran khan ironically.

I really fancy this referendum re run not to make it delay as rigging kills the purpose of voting. Off course if I'm really concerned about saving democracy, I'd want it sooner than verdict to be implemented. So I believe this is very positive democratic reaction of Scottish people who desire it may be they really have made plans to get independent & why not, even if not to poke the topic of rigging in referendum, there were still 44.7% people out there who want freedom. They're no doubt no less in figures & if we re-touch the term of 'corruption' in vote casting, Scottish freebirds will be able to make their wings ready to fly. And if Scotland really decides a re referendum on impartial structure, it might turn the whole story or it might make the Scottish call themselves mavericks.
In lieu of accepting the verdict, when Scottish people can want a re referendum or a recount of the votes, then why not Pakistani'd want to have re-elections in Pakistan. I'm afraid why didn't we sign any petition against rigged elections held on May 11, 2013 just after the result was put before us (especially when we're certain that we're made dumb)? Why didn't we rebuff the verdict? Why didn't we raise our voices to have a re-elections or at least recounting of the votes. Why did we let a new corrupt era begin? But if we didn't do then, why don't we do it now? Why're we letting this unscrupulous machinery run? Why don't we understand that it's our national & moral obligation to call wrong a wrong. If we do it now unless we get succeeded, I'm sure it will be a game changer that will refashion us. All we need to have are obstinacy & a muscular orchestration.
