Petition Against Scottish Rigged Referendum, Why Don't We Sign for Re-elections in Pakistan?
Scotland united with England to form the Kingdom of Great Britain in 1707. Since 1969, Scotland has been put to many referendums to devolve Scottish Parliament. But every time it failed to achieve success as for a change, 40% "Yes" of total electorate was needed. Again the Scottish government announced on 21 March 2013 that the referendum would be held on 18 September 2014, but this time to get independence from the United Kingdom. The question which voters were asked was "Should Scotland be an independent country?" in which 55.3% ballet papers were stamped on "No". Total 3,623,344 votes were cast & the voters turnout remained 84.59%, claimed to be the largest turnout in the history of Scotland referendum.
